The Challenge To add a living/ kitchen/dining at ground level to also incorporate a accessible toilet and utility. A larger bathroom was required at first floor level.
The Solution A new modern single storey extension was added to the rear/south side of the site. This housed a new open plan kitchen/ living and dining area. Access to the new extension will be through a new link corridor accessed from the existing hallway.
