The Challenge To create an extension to the Administration Building of an existing Day Care Centre.
The Solution The existing building was located on a site hidden from the public road and accessed via a driveway circa 50metres in length. The site to the front of the existing day care facility contained a vacant/ disused council dwelling. We proposed to demolish the existing dwelling. This helped open up the front of the site to the public roadway giving the facility a public awareness. The proposed extension was placed to the front creating a whole new welcoming and modern style building with ample room for parking.
